Mary Kwiatkowski

Ms. Kwiatkowski is the Deerfield Behavioral Health's Chief Executive Officer and lead consultant. She has over twenty-five years of management experience in behavioral health, and served as the Administrator for the Erie County Mental Health/Mental Retardation program before coming to Deerfield. As CEO she is responsible for the management of various behavioral health programs under the Deerfield umbrella, including psychiatric physician groups, management services to inpatient behavioral health services, as well as outpatient services in both mental health and drug and alcohol. She has experience in planning, designing, implementing and evaluating programs in the behavioral health field. She has served on various state work groups that have set policies and designed new services and programs.

Robert Benacci

Mr. Benacci is the program director for Deerfield Behavioral Health's drug and alcohol treatment programs: Deerfield Centers for Addictions Treatment and Deerfield Dual Diagnosis, LP. He is responsible for marketing and training throughout the country of the Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) and the Child and Adolescent Level of Care Utilization System (CALOCUS), developed by the American Association of Community Psychiatrists. Mr. Benacci also provides clinical services for local and national employee assistance programs, and is certified as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) according to the Department of Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. Mr. Benacci is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), and a Certified Employee Assistant Professional (CEAP).

Michael Lawson, Esq.

Mr. Lawson is an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and Ohio, and a licensed counselor and social worker has over twenty years experience in the health care and employment law fields. In addition to serving as legal counsel to Deerfield, Attorney Lawson provides legal support and consulting services to its members and contracting entities of the Deerfield group. In addition to having operated clinical mental health programs in Ohio, Michael remains an active member of the Ohio judiciary, with over 18 years experience on the bench at the common pleas court.

Susan Teconchuk

Mrs. Teconchuk is a consultant for Deerfield Behavioral Health, Inc., and is the manager of operations for Deerfield Behavioral Health of Warren, LLC. She received a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University. Susan oversees the recruitment of doctors and physician practice management. Additionally, she manages billing and revenue cycles, and is in charge of insurance contracting and credentialing.

Scott Naigle

Mr. Naigle is the Director of Information Systems for Deerfield Behavioral Health, Inc. He is a graduate of the Behrend College of Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems. Scott is a database engineer specializing in system design, development of user interfaces and report generation with various database technologies. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and is the primary author of Deerfield's LOCUS P.A.S. and C&A LOCUS Software systems.

Stacy Kemmler

Mrs. Kemmler is the Controller for Deerfield Behavioral Health, Inc. She is a graduate of Clarion University, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She received her Certified Public Accounting license in 1995 and worked in the public accounting field for several years before coming to Deerfield. As Controller, Stacy maintains and oversees all financial aspects for Deerfield and its related companies.

Andrea Hoffman

Ms. Hoffman is a Deerfield program development specialist and consultant. She has over 35 years experience in a variety of health care settings. She has graduated from Millard Fillmore School of Nursing in Buffalo, NY, obtained a BSN from Villa Maria College in Erie, PA, and an MSN from Edinboro University in Edinboro, PA. Andrea has worked in the areas of clinical and administrative nursing, risk management and quality assurance, human resources, medical staff services, and corporate compliance. At Deerfield she has done consultation and program development in the areas of acute inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and long-term care, including policy formation and programming. She has worked with programs for child, adolescent, adult, and the aging populations.

Amee Weislogel

Ms. Weislogel is a social worker and behavioral health specialist for Deerfield Behavioral Health, Inc. She developed and oversees the operations of the TEAM (Tri-State Elder Assessment Management) Program. Amee provides mobile mental health assessments for our geriatric psychiatric units prior to admission, as well as in-service education on various aging issues for the community. She is a graduate of Edinboro University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work.
